The integrated ShowerStart TSV automatically reduces the handshower’s flow to a trickle once water temp. reaches 95° F (35° C), reducing water waste during the users warmup routine (known as ‘behavioral waste’). Normal waterflow resumes when the user pulls on the TSV’s lanyard or by toggling the bypass lever directly. Once water flow to the handshower is turned off, the integrated valve automatically returns to it’s normally closed position. The Handshower with ShowerStart TSV is designed to operate in plumbing environments with static water pressures of 30 psi or higher. The handshower comes complete with a stainless steel hose and shower arm mounting bracket.
